Go to PlayStation’s support website. When you get to the homepage, click on “How to close your account for PlayStation Network.”

To sign out of your Sony PlayStation, go to the Sony PlayStation account management site and log in. In the left menu, find “Security” and click it. At the bottom of this section, there will be an option to “Sign Out of All Devices.” You can click on “Ok” in this notice box to finish signing out.
